We mean business!
We have all heard promises of “if you work with us…” and “we are different” only to be put through to voicemail again and again after the initial sales meeting. When we say we’ll call – we call, if we say we’ll visit – we will! When we say our business acumen is sharp – we refer to existing happy customers who have made our business what it is today. Trade clients represent 80% of our business and we work hard to make sure they are all happy with our service as well as our wines. Genuine personal relationships with our Commercial Customers provide strong sales. Whether you are a restaurant, a pub, a hotel or any venue selling alcohol our on-going support ensures your sales are profitable and efficient.
Our approach depends on your business and goals. We always start with a face to face meeting and heavy note taking.

We are fiercely independent and as a young company (since 2004) we are hungry for an opportunity to show our clients, new and existing, just what we can do. Unlike some of our competitors who answer to shareholders we answer to you. The results of this ethos:

We work with staff on all levels to ensure your customers get the quality and taste they are after. Informed and confident staff sell more. The training is conducted at your convenience in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Customer service
No minimum delivery, same day delivery all week and no working hours - we’re open 8am to 9pm Monday to Sunday. You can call us at 5pm on Sunday for a 1 bottle order and get it delivered the same day. Try and call another supplier on the weekend to really appreciate the level of this service!
Marketing & PR
More than just free wine list printing! We promote your business/our wines with local media through our dedicated in house PR team. We hold regular free tastings to get your customers involved. We use social media to its fullest potential and various creative ideas to fulfil your business goals.
